Vivien completed a combined Bachelor of Laws and Economics Degree, majoring in accounting, from Monash University in 1990 and joined Clayton Utz Lawyers in February 1991. After completing Articles of Clerkship in the commercial and litigation departments of that firm she was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in April 1992. She then travelled overseas and completed a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, England in June 1994.
On her return to Australia she joined Sly & Weigall Solicitors, now known as Deacons Lawyers as a solicitor in their Commercial Law and later their Litigation departments, until joining Alex Lewenberg Solicitors in their Richmond offices in 1997 as an employee solicitor. Vivien was made partner in September 1999.
Natalie GreenbergSenior Associate
Natalie was admitted to practice in March 1996. She previously worked at the Bar for 8 years, practising in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law.
Natalie has been involved in academia for 4 years, supervising clinical legal practice, lecturing in Criminal Law at Monash University and lecturing in interviewing skills at Victoria University. She has also fulfilled a position as an Intervention Order Support Scheme lawyer at Dandenong Magistrates' Court.
Jacqui CaustSenior Associate
Criminal Law, Administrative Law and Wills & Estates law.
Jacqui joined Lewenberg & Lewenberg in 2008 as a paralegal and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2010. She was appointed as a Senior Associate of the firm in February 2013.
Jacqui works predominantly in Criminal Law and Intervention Order matters but also in Administrative Law and Wills & Estates law.
Jacqui has a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice) and Bachelor of Laws (Monash University), graduating both with Honours. She has previously tutored and lectured in criminal law at various educational institutions as well as volunteering at Springvale Monash Legal Service.
Jacqui regularly appears at the Children’s Court, Magistrates’ Courts, County Court and instructs on a variety of matters, including complex criminal trials in the County Court and Supreme Court and appeals in the Court of Appeal. Jacqui has also instructed in the High Court of Australia in the matter of Likiardopoulos v The Queen  HCA 37.
Robert McKaySenior Associate
General Civil Litigation and Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Confiscation, Administration Law.
Robert commenced as a paralegal at Lewenberg & Lewenberg in 2003. He has since been admitted to practice in February 2011 after having completed a Traineeship with the firm and was appointed Senior Associate in February 2013. Robert works in a variety of areas including General Civil Litigation and Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Confiscation as well as Administration Law.
Robert has experience instructing and appearing at hearings, trials and mediations at in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates’ Court, the County Court, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the Federal Magistrates’ Court and the Federal Court.
Giselle NehmaSenior Associate
Criminal Law, Intervention Orders
Giselle was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2012, having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts/Law at Monash University and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law. During her tertiary studies, Giselle worked as a paralegal at suburban law firm, Anthony Raso & Associates.
She undertook a professional placement at Lewenberg & Lewenberg Solicitors in November 2011, following which she was engaged by the firm as a Solicitor, commencing in April 2012. She was appointed a Senior Associate of the firm in June 2015.
Giselle works predominantly in Criminal Law and Intervention Order matters but also has some experience in Confiscation Law matters. She regularly appears in, and instructs at, bail applications, contested committal hearings, criminal trials and appeals in the Children's Court, Magistrates' Court, County Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of Victoria. Giselle has also represented clients in Royal Commissions in Melbourne and Adelaide.

Mary has a wealth of experience including drafting and perusing leases, registration of plan of subdivisions and owners corporation, drafting and perusing mortgages, sale and purchase of established homes and off the plan property, drafting wills and a range of other complex property matters.
